Our Seeded Sourdough, featuring sunflower, pepita, and black chia seeds, is a real treat for those who love a hearty, seeded loaf. We take the time to slowly ferment our seeds, allowing their flavors to fully develop. Like all our loaves, this one undergoes a minimum 30-hour fermentation process, ensuring a delicious result you won’t be disappointed with.

This 100% sourdough loaf weighs approximately 600g. We use high-quality Australian bakers' and wholemeal flours, and we love the balance of flavors and textures these seeds bring to the loaf.
