Nestled in the beautiful coastal town of Inverloch on the stunning Bass Coast in Gippsland, we are a small-batch, authentic artisan sourdough bakery dedicated to delivering exceptional bread to the locals and visitors of coastal Victoria. Baking is our passion, and it has become the heart of our everyday life—we couldn’t be happier.

In June 2020, we took the leap and opened our micro-bakery, initially delivering to the Inverloch community and local businesses. Within just three months, we expanded from baking twice a week in one Rofco B40 oven to operating three Rofco B40 ovens and baking five days a week!

Two years ago, we decided to shift our focus and adjust our business model as demand grew beyond what we had ever imagined. At the same time, our little family was missing the quality time we wanted to spend together. Recognizing the abundance of farmers' markets supporting local growers, artisans, and the community, we made the change from baking five days a week to focusing on weekend markets with a stall at these beautiful locations. This shift has been the perfect fit for us, allowing us to prioritize family while still sharing our passion for baking with the community. It’s truly been a game-changer, and we are so grateful to everyone who continues to visit us each week. We love seeing your faces and can’t thank you enough for your ongoing support year after year.

Each of our sourdough loaves undergoes a minimum 30-hour fermentation process, which we believe is the true hallmark of authentic sourdough. Every loaf is handmade in small batches, slowly fermented, and free from commercial or baking yeast—just simple, natural ingredients. We never use artificial chemicals, often found in mass-produced bread, so you can enjoy loaves that are as fresh, wholesome, and pure as possible.
