This 36-hour naturally fermented loaf is packed with rich, aromatic flavors, making it perfect on its own, toasted with butter, or paired with soft blue cheese. Crafted with 100% sourdough and weighing approximately 600g, this loaf is made using premium Australian flour. We soak our dried fruits in Yorkshire Tea overnight, then gently fold them into a delicately spiced dough, allowing the flavors to develop slowly for an exceptional taste experience.
