A 100% sourdough loaf weighing roughly 600g. Using quality Australian flour this loaf contains spelt (an ancient grain) adding a slightly sweet and nutty flavour complementing the kalamata olives and fresh thyme. Fermented slowly to develop flavour this loaf is great on its own and even better as part of charcuterie platter.
Why Sourdough? Not only does it taste great but its good for you too, it’s a probiotic.
