Lightly spiced, packed with fruit and finished with an Apricot Glaze, these Hot Cross Buns are our take on the Easter classic. To make these better, we’ve come up with a recipe that’s vegan friendly meaning almost everyone can enjoy these!
Our Buns are individually crafted and naturally leavened overnight to develop a true sourdough flavour whilst still having an authentic Hot Cross Bun taste.
